Who is involved?

Planting Together is an initiative that began in 2010 as leaders of different global youth organizations (KKI, Fabricants de Joie, YWAM, etc.) began dreaming of how next-generation leaders of any age and skill level could truly make an impact in the developing world.

Hearing success stories of other tree-planting teams, they transformed ideas into “boots on the ground”, sending pilot teams out to explore and partner with local projects in Senegal and Tanzania in 2011 and 2012.

Planting Together is now an international platform, supported by many different individuals and organizations, and overseen by a team of international leaders from these organizations.
